All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on 9dbt are in reais (BRL). Pix, boleto, card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago — methods you already use in Brazil.
Each user may hold only one account at 9dbt. Duplicate accounts are closed and balances may be suspended. This protects the integrity of the platform and all its users.
A 9dbt offers real control tools: deposit, bet, and session limits configurable directly in your account. Self-exclusion is available at any time through 24h support.
The odds published by 9dbt may change up until the start of each event. Once a bet is confirmed, the recorded odd is final. Results are determined based on official sources.

A 9dbt may request, at any time, documents verifying the user's identity, age, and place of residence. While verification is pending, withdrawals may be blocked until the information is confirmed. Any user who submits false documents or incorrect information will have their account closed immediately and their balance suspended pending investigation.
Employees, partners, and immediate family members of direct staff of the 9dbt are not authorized to create accounts or participate in betting and games on the platform.
Each user may only have one active account on the 9dbt. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same details or different ones — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts identified as belonging to the same user, with possible suspension of balances.
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials — email and password. The 9dbt strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. Never share your credentials with anyone. All information provided during registration and in subsequent updates must be truthful, accurate, and current. The name on the account must match exactly the identity document used for verification. Any inconsistencies found may result in withdrawals being blocked until the issue is resolved.
Please note: 9dbt will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as a fraud attempt and notify support immediately.
All amounts transacted on the 9dbt are denominated in Brazilian reais (BRL). No other currency is accepted. Available deposit methods are:
The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no set maximum limit, though deposits above certain amounts may be subject to additional checks under anti-money laundering policies. Deposits must be made exclusively using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name — using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
A 9dbt does not accept cash deposits, international transfers, or any payment method not listed above. Amounts received through unauthorized methods will be returned, minus any applicable bank fees.
Withdrawals on 9dbt are processed exclusively via Pix to the registered key in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Processing time is up to 5 minutes for most withdrawals, and may extend to 24 hours in cases requiring additional security verification.
If you have an active bonus with a pending rollover requirement, the bonus balance will remain locked for withdrawal until the requirement is fully met. Your own deposited balance can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of any active bonuses. Please refer to the specific terms of each promotion for details on rollover requirements.
No withdrawal fees: 9dbt charges no fees on user withdrawals. The full net amount requested is transferred directly to the designated bank account.
A 9dbt offers bonuses and promotions periodically, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, poker freerolls, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to sporting events such as the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which take precedence over these general rules in the event of a conflict.
Any attempt to abuse promotions — including creating multiple accounts, using betting techniques to circumvent rollover requirements, or any form of bonus manipulation — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.
Sports Betting at 9dbt are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by the sport-specific rules available in the platform's help section.
A bet is only valid once confirmation is displayed on the platform, accompanied by a ticket number. Bets pending confirmation are not considered active. 9dbt reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure, returning the staked amount to the user's balance.
In live betting, odds change continuously throughout the event. Your bet is recorded at the odds active at the moment the system confirms it — not when you clicked on the odds. In cases of connection instability, 9dbt is not responsible for unconfirmed bets. A full history of confirmed bets is always available in your account.
Cash Out — early settlement of open bets — is available on selected events during live streaming. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower or higher than the original stake. The 9dbt may temporarily suspend Cash Out during periods of high request volume or odds feed instability.
The live casino games available on 9dbt — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and game shows — are provided by certified third-party suppliers such as Pragmatic Play. Each game's rules are displayed within the game interface before each round begins. If a technical failure occurs during an active round, the result may be voided and the staked amount refunded, in accordance with the responsible provider's terms.
The crash games available at 9dbt — such as Aviator (Spribe), Spaceman (Pragmatic Play), and JetX (SmartSoft) — use a provably fair system, verifiable by the user after each round. The multiplier for each round is determined by a certified algorithm before the round begins. The 9dbt has no control over the outcome of each multiplier. Any suspicion of irregularity must be reported to support along with the relevant round ID.
The poker module of 9dbt uses a certified independent-audit random number generator (RNG) for card shuffling. Tournament buy-ins and prizes are in BRL. Failing to act within the allotted time on a hand results in an automatic fold. Unethical behavior — including collusion, use of prohibited software, or creating multiple accounts to accumulate chips — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

A 9dbt may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 calendar days in advance via registered email or platform notification. Changes required by regulatory or legal obligations may take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the online entertainment and betting sector in Brazil.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will preferably be resolved through mediation. If no agreement is reached, the parties elect the Courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
