The platform 9dbt is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. We do not intentionally collect, process, or store personal data belonging to minors. Registration requires a CPF and date of birth, which are verified to ensure that only users aged 18 and over can access our services.
If the 9dbt identify that data from a minor has been inadvertently collected, the account will be immediately closed and the data deleted. Legal guardians who discover that a minor has created an account on the platform must immediately notify support at contato@9dbt.net so that account closure and data deletion can be carried out as a priority.
